Day 5

So now i'm on cruising I am also allowed 2 foods of the tolerated foods list. One of the Tolerated foods is coco powder! Which is a godsend at times as I do have a very sweet tooth. So for breakfast I had a Chocolate Oatbran cereal bar, they are to die for!!
Breakfast - Chocolate Oatbran Cereal bar ( I will post a separate post with the recipe)
Snack - Natural yougart sweetened with sweetener and vanilla.
Lunch - So we went swimming today with the kids and we usually go out for lunch afterwards, so today we decided to go to subway where I ordered a turkey and ham salad. I did also have ranch sauce on it which is one of there low fat sauces, may not be strictly dukan approved but i'm sure it won't be do no harm.
Dinner - Roast Chicken ( Skin removed) roasted parsnips and carrots. Cabbage and broccoli.
Desert - Sugar free strawberry jelly.
I also tried making dukan bread today, the recipe did say to add wheat bran but I didn't have any and the man at Tesco's looked at me very strangely when I asked him where I may find! So I left it out and the bread tasted yuck! Not sure if it would be different with the wheat bran, so if anyone has tried it before please let me know!
