Sorry going to be a very short blog today as I am knackered!
Breakfast - Dukan chocolate cereal bar
Lunch - Big salad! Lettuce, cucumber, plum tomatoes, gherkin, pickled onions, beetroot, cottage cheese, roast chicken and a yougart dressing.
Dinner - Spaghetti Bolegnaise ( Without the spaghetti!) :-)
Dessert - Yougart
Snack - carrot sticks, plum tomatoes and cucumber with teaspoon of Philadelphia extra light to dip them in.
Today I have drunk several glasses of water and Ice as it has been soooo hot!!!!!
