Phase 1 is "Attack"
In Attack you may eat only protein and 1.5 tablespoons of Oat bran, when I first read this I won't lie to you, I though nooooo way can I stick to that! On the dukan website you can find out your "true weight" for free and it will tell you how many days attack you should do and when you should be down to your true weight. I was told to do attack for 7 days and that my true weight can be achieved by February. The found the first 3 days of attack not great, it made me feel really tired, I then read that I should had been taking multivitamins, so I got some and felt a lot less tired! After the first 3 days it was fine, I wasn't feeling hungry and the best thing about this diet is that you can eat as much as you want so long as its on the dukan approved list of foods. So Oat bran, in all honestly I had no idea how you ate or what you did with it, so after doing some googling I found one of the most popular ways to eat it was in a dukan pancake! So that's what I had the first night on attack, Dukan pancake, steak and 2 fried eggs! ( Dosent sound like diet food does it?!) You can find the link to the pancakes here.
After my attack phase I had lost 7lbs!
Phase 2 is "Cruise" You stay in Cruise stage till reach your ideal weight. The best thing about cruise is that you get to eat veggies again!! I can tell you after 7 days of eating nothing but protein, I have never been so excited to eat lettuce!!! So you alternate days between Protein and veggies and Pure Protein. I have done 5 days of cruise so far but from now on will be using this blog as a food diary and to track the weight I have lost.
